Check In
To ensure the full benefit of a Spascape experience, we suggest that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your first appointment. This will allow time to enjoy the extra amenities Spascape offers. Robes and spa sandals will be provided for all clients. In consideration of others, we ask that all cellular phones and pagers be turned off while at the spa. Thank you.

Facilities
Use of the ladies and mens' locker rooms with extra large showers are available to all clients. Rainforest shower and the Eucalyptus Steam Room are complimentary to guests receiving treatments valued at $70 or more.

Complimentary fresh fruit, herbal tea, water and light snacks will be served throughout the day. Specialty lunch will be served with all packages upon request.

Gratuity is not automatically added to our services. Complimentary gratuity is at your discretion and is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy:

• 24 hour notice for all services
• 48 hour notice for all Packages & group parties

{All Spa Packages and Group Party reservations are secured by credit card. Late cancellations will be billed 50% of total to that credit card. Customers who cancel within the guidelines outlined above will incur no charge. }
